1. Program Overview

By subscribing or opting in, you agree to receive SMS and MMS messages from SAVARIA LLC (d/b/a SAVConnect) or its partners. These may include business communications, service notifications, appointment reminders, and other account-related updates related to services you have requested or use.


2. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies by activity, but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for these charges.


3. Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying with STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT.
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your request and confirming that you will no longer receive messages.
You can rejoin at any time by replying START or by re-enrolling through our opt-in page: https://www.savconnect.com/sms-service-updates-opt-in


4. Help / Support

For help, reply HELP at any time or contact support@savconnect.com or call 732-584-7100.
Please note that replying HELP provides automated assistance about the program. Emailing or calling our support team does not automatically opt you in or out of messages.


5. Consent & Eligibility

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.


6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including phone numbers, with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Carriers & Delivery

Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier networks, connectivity, and device settings. Delays or failures in delivery are outside of our control.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


8. Changes to Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted at https://www.savconnect.com/sms-terms.
Continued enrollment in or receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
