SAVARIA LLC d/b/a SAVConnect (“SAVConnect,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers an optional SMS text messaging program that provides service notifications, appointment reminders, and account updates to customers who have opted in.
How You Opt In
You may opt in by completing the form at https://www.savconnect.com/sms-service-updates-opt-in or by providing your mobile number during a service request with SAVConnect.
What You’ll Receive
By subscribing, you consent to receive recurring service-related text messages from SAVConnect. Message frequency varies (up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Opt-Out and Help
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to the number that messaged you. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. To get help, text HELP or contact us at helpdesk@savconnect.com or 732-584-7100.
What Data We Collect for SMS
We collect your mobile phone number and message metadata (such as delivery status and timestamps) to operate the SMS program. We do not collect message content beyond what is necessary to deliver the program.
How We Use Your SMS Data
Your SMS data is used solely to provide service notifications, appointment reminders, and account updates. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your SMS data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain SMS-related data only as long as needed for program operation, troubleshooting, legal, or compliance requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
